Job Expectation: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the project site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines. The role requires effective coordination of resources, subcontractors, and personnel while maintaining strict adherence to quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the on-site execution of all project/Contract activities according to the approved plans and specifications.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on site.

3. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

4. Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and equipment) to achieve project/Contract milestones.

5. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on site activities and performance.

6. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

7. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and ensure adherence to project/Contract standards.

8. Manage site documentation including work permits, inspection reports, progress records, and site diaries.

9. Identify and resolve site-related issues, risks, and conflicts to minimize disruptions.

10. Support cost control efforts and contribute to project profitability through efficient site operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

Holding an Omani Driving license - Preferred

Oman Experience is preferred


Experience Required: Minimum 5+  years of Site Management  experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector
