Job Expectation: The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). The role ensures risk mitigation, incident prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all company operations.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

2. Ensure full compliance with local Omani and international HSE regulations and standards.

3. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

4. Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections to assess compliance and performance.

5. Maintain records, statistics, and reports related to QHSE metrics and KPIs.

6. Manage risk assessments, safety programs, and emergency preparedness plans.

7. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., client audits, ISO certifications).

8. Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

9. Ensure effective waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.

10. Report QHSE performance to senior management and recommend continuous improvements.

11. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and third parties on all QHSE matters.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical

Diploma in Industrial Safety/ Fire and Safety

IDIP NEBOSH or OTHM Level 6

IOSH MS

NEBOSH IGC or NVQ,

ISO Lead Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Holding an Omani Driving license - Preferred



Experience Required: Minimum 10 -15 years’ experience in QHSE, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power sectors.
