Project Manager
Job Expectation: The Project Manager leads project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, safety, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee electrical engineering activities for projects.
2. Prepare and review detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
3. Ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC) and client requirements.
4. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment operation and Maintenance Activities.
5. Perform site visits for inspections, audits, and technical support during construction or maintenance phases.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
7. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
8. Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications
9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments within the scope of electrical engineering deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Master's degree in Project Management ( Preferred)
IOSH MS
PMP certification.
Holding an Omani Driving license - Preferred
Experience Required: 12+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Power sectors.
